The following tables provide the latest information on the world's soybean and soybean meal production. The United States produces about one-third of the world’s soybeans, followed by Brazil (30%), Argentina (18%) and the rest of the world (18%). The relatively large production values for 2014/2015 are attributed to the anticipated larger U.S. crop. The increased World’s soybean production is needed to provide the soybean meal required for the increasing livestock, poultry and aquaculture feed demands.
